4 Medical paperwork and registration

LOROS will normally arrange for the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death and any required cremation paperwork to be completed. The certificate may then be sent securely to the registrar, who will contact you to register the death.

5 Bringing your loved one into our care

While the necessary paperwork is being dealt with, your loved one will usually remain at the hospice chapel of rest. Once release is possible, Bay Tree Funerals can bring your loved one into our care.

6 Arranging the funeral

When you are ready, Samantha and our family team can help you arrange a funeral that feels right for your loved one, with calm guidance and clear support at every stage.
