My husband died in April 2024 this year. From the moment i called Samantha at the bay tree she organised everything. On the day of the funeral it was everything my husband could have wished for and Samantha and her team were so respectful of the care and attention to my husband’s remains from the beginning to the end.so professional and so caring. I can’t thank her and team of staff enough for the peace of mind and relief knowing My husband couldn’t have had a better send off. Thank you all at Bay Tree.

An extremely professional and caring approach throughout. Communication was always open and clear, Sam was readily available to answer questions and discuss arrangements and queries. We have used this funeral directors twice now and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Sam made an incredibly hard situation much more bearable. Thank you.
