Burbage Cemetery
At Burbage you can ask about an ashes plot or a vault. If you’d like a place for two people together, I can explain what each choice includes before you decide.

Arranging a burial here
Burbage Parish Council publishes cemetery regulations and separate guidance for Muslim burials. Tell me what matters to your family and I can check the arrangements for a burial, interment of ashes or memorial.
Burial of ashes in a plot or vault
An ashes plot at Burbage can hold up to four caskets. A cremation vault holds up to two, and the first burial includes a plaque with an inscription and a flower vase. If you want to keep room for a partner, we can check both choices with you.
How much would it cost?
If you’d like to know the cost of an interment of ashes, give me a call. I’ll check the cemetery fees and explain any charge for our help. You can ring even if someone else arranged the cremation.

Visiting with flowers
There are two shelter buildings in the cemetery and a water supply at each. You can leave flowers on a grave. If you are arriving by car, please use the marked spaces so that the hearse and other visitors can get through.
