There are woodland and wildflower meadow options at Markfield. The rules for neighbouring plots and for burying ashes can differ between them. Tell me if being alongside another family member matters to you.
Choosing a time for a burial of ashes
Woodland ashes burials at Markfield take place from November to February. Meadow burials take place throughout the year. If your family wants a particular month, let me know which setting you prefer and I’ll check the dates.
How much would it cost?
If you’d like to know the cost of an interment of ashes, give me a call. I’ll check the cemetery fees and explain any charge for our help. You can ring even if someone else arranged the cremation.

At Markfield neighbouring plots are possible in the wildflower meadow. The woodland does not offer that choice because the tree roots need space to grow. If this matters to your family, we can check the meadow plots before you decide.
