Prestwold Natural Burial Ground
If being buried close to a partner matters to you, let’s talk about the family areas at Prestwold before choosing a plot. I can help you check which places are available.

Arranging a natural burial
Prestwold offers burial and the burial of ashes. If you hope to keep family plots together, tell me when we first speak so I can check what is possible in the different parts of the ground.
Choosing a plot for the burial of ashes
Prestwold offers burial of ashes as well as coffin burial, and plots may be chosen ahead of time. If you’d like someone’s ashes to rest near a partner, tell me whether a plot has already been bought. We can check the section and what room there is before you decide.
How much would it cost?
If you’d like to know the cost of an interment of ashes, give me a call. I’ll check the cemetery fees and explain any charge for our help. You can ring even if someone else arranged the cremation.

Parts of Prestwold have grown into woodland. In Cherry Glade a cherry tree is planted for each burial, while The Orchards is a separate part of the ground. If you’d like several graves together, ask about the family areas before settling on a section.
