EXCELLENT Based on 103 reviews Posted on Karin Tamm4. May, 2026.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After arriving in Leicester from Canada, my uncle passed away unexpectedly , and I was responsible to take care of his arrangements. Not having lived in Leicester for many years, I chose Bay Tree based on their excellent reviews and I, too, am giving them an excellent review. It was a very difficult time as two months later my aunt also passed. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Bay Tree. From from my first visit they demonstrated exceptional compassion, professionalism, and respect for both my family and my loved ones. They handled every detail with care and sensitivity, making a challenging process feel much more manageable. Their clear communication and willingness to answer questions gave me peace of mind, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about honoring our loved one’s memory. The arrangements were carried out beautifully, with great attention to detail and dignity. It meant so much to us to know that everything was being handled with such thoughtfulness and respect. I am truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a caring and professional undertaker. Thank you Sam for your care and kindness, I felt truly supported during this time.Posted on Brian Walden2. May, 2026.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the third time our family has used Baytree Funerals, and once again the service we received was excellent from start to finish. Sam, who managed everything for us, offered a very personal and supportive approach throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail, care and professionalism really stood out. The service felt very genuine, friendly and personal, and we particularly appreciated the calm, one-to-one approach and thoughtful touches throughout the process. Everything was handled with dignity, respect and sensitivity, and the funeral itself was beautifully organised. We would wholeheartedly recommend Baytree Funerals to anybody going through the loss of a loved one. Thank you again for everything. Regards DianePosted on Martin Moor1.
